LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR IDEACASHAI™
Welcome to IDEACASHAI™. By accessing or using our IDEACASHAI™ products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the License terms and conditions outlined below.
Definitions
- IDEACASHAI™: Our company, the provider of digital products that can be edited, customized, and resold.
- Private Label Rights Products (PLR): Products you can customize and sell as your own, but cannot pass on resell rights to customers.
- Master Resell Rights Products (MRR): Products you can customize and resell, including the ability to pass on resell rights to customers.
- You / Licensee: Refers to the individual or entity that has acquired digital products from IDEACASHAI™.
License
When you purchase IDEACASHAI™ products, you are granted a license to modify, rebrand, and resell them within the terms of this agreement.

Important MRR Resale Rules
- Do NOT sell the Digital MRR bundle below $497 USD. This protects market value for all resellers.
- Do NOT use the name "Digital Cashflow Kit™". This is intellectual property of IDEACASHAI™.
Earnings Disclaimer
We are not responsible for your financial results (profit or loss) from using or reselling our products. No income or success is guaranteed.
Content Quality
We strive for high quality, but you are responsible for reviewing the content before resale.
Liabilities
We are not liable for issues that arise from your use, sale, or distribution of our products. You assume all responsibility.
Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these terms. You must immediately stop using, selling, or distributing the products upon termination.
Modification of Terms
These terms may change without notice. Please check this page regularly for updates.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by U.S. law. All disputes will be resolved in U.S. courts.
